Throughout counselling, Link Health and Community counsellors will regularly check with you to make sure your needs are being met.
Counselling can be useful for people of all ages. We have specialist counsellors who work with children, young people, couples, families and adults of all ages.

Counselling Group Programs:
Link Health and Community counsellors also run many and varied group programs. Some groups provide information and education, while other groups offer therapeutic intervention and support.
