We Welcome Your Feedback
We want to hear from you as this helps us to improve.
When you provide us with feedback and any suggestions for improvement, this is discussed by our management team and reported to our Board of Directors.
If you have a complaint, we will respond confidentially and as soon as possible. We will keep you informed at all times about the progress of your complaint. Your complaint will not prejudice any future care or access to services. A Service Manager will contact you to discuss your complaint as soon as possible.
You can provide feedback or make a complaint in the following ways:
- Fill in a ‘Your Feedback is most Welcome’ form, available from Reception, including Chinese, Greek, Arabic and Sinhalese translations.

- Ring our Enquiries Line on 1300 552 509. An interpreter service is available at no cost.
- Speak to the staff member directly involved with your care
