MonashLink is an innovative and respected Community Health Service that provides services from four locations to a population in excess of 165,000 people principally located within the City of Monash.

Who is eligible for MonashLink services?

MonashLink provides services to people living and working within the City of Monash. Not all programs are restricted by boundaries, though some programs have eligibility criteria. To be eligible for our services, you have to live, work or study within the City of Monash and be able to present a Health Care, Pension or Student Card.

How can I access the MonashLink service?

Referrals can be made by yourself or via a friend, family member, carer, local doctor, hospital or other health professional. You can Contact Us at any site or through the Information and Referral Officer (IRO) on 03-95682599.

What will it cost?

MonashLink is a non-profit organisation receiving funds from a variety of government programs. MonashLink is required by the Victorian Department of Human Services to charge a small fee for some services, depending on circumstances.

Services and Activities

MonashLink provides general Health and Counselling Services for people of all ages. MonashLink also provides various Programs and Support Services and we have an active Volunteer group.
