MonashLink is fortunate to have a strong Executive team who are all committed to ensuring that MonashLink provides services that are of a high quality. All are focused on the management of their own programs and activities but also come together as a team to provide sound management and leadership to the organisation as a whole.
A qualified social worker and former academic, Gregg has worked in Adelaide, Mount Gambier, Wagga Wagga, Bendigo and Melbourne. In Victoria he was employed for the Department of Human Services and its predecessors for 14 years where he worked in a range of program and management positions covering youth and family services, disability services, housing and primary care services.
Gregg has contributed to a number of policy changes in the child protection system, the primary care program and the broader youth and family services field. He also authored and co-authored a range of government program reviews.
Prior to moving to MonashLink Gregg was responsible for the management and operation of the Bendigo Health Care Group’s Ambulatory and Community Services, Psychiatric Services, and Residential Services. This included a range of inpatient psychiatric services, residential aged care services, outpatient services, and a range of high quality community services.
He has been involved in many committees and was the Chairperson of the Bendigo Loddon Primary Care Partnership for its first five years.

Dr Felicia Valianatos has been the Dental Program Manager at MonashLink since 2002. She holds a degree in Dental Science and a Diploma in Advanced Clinical Dentistry. Dr Valianatos has been committed to providing Public Dental Health Services since 2000, including practising in a variety of Community Health Centres and the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. She is part of the Australian Dental Council Board of Examiners for Overseas Trained Dentists. At present Dr Valianatos is pursuing a Fellowship at the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Carmel Fox has worked in the counselling sector over the past 20 years. Carmel has spent the past 6 years at MonashLink managing the EDAS team. In 2005 she took over the management of all the counselling services. Her predominant work has been in the drug and alcohol sector. Carmel has post-graduate qualifications in Education, Social Science (Counselling & Drug Dependence) and Family Therapy. Back to top | Back to Home Page
Melbourne born and raised in the country, Geoff moved back to Melbourne to study at Latrobe University where he completed a degree in Economics majoring in Financial Management. In 1983 he started with National Mutual (now known as AXA) in superannuation administration. From there Geoff undertook a number of accounting roles in the Investments area including cash management trusts for high value individuals, portfolio management of shares, fixed interest and cash for large superannuation funds and finally ten years in commercial property. In 1999 and after sixteen years with AXA Geoff made a career change and went to work for a country hospital and joined MonashLink two years later. Geoff is married with four children and enjoys MonashLink as an exciting and challenging place to work at, with colleagues both supportive and dedicated. Back to top | Back to Home Page
Joe has extensive experience in the human resources field. Prior to joining MonashLink his previous roles included regional HR management positions, national employee relations in the health industry, primary industry and HR management in manufacturing. His experience is across large and medium organisations in both the private and public sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. Joe has served on several Boards including the VFITB and Victoria University Board of TAFE and was for a number of years a Trustee of the Australian Red Cross Staff Retirement Fund. Sarah commenced work with MonashLink as an adult speech pathologist coming from a background in Inpatient Rehabilitation. Sarah moved into the role of Health Services Manager in June 2006 after acting in the position since January. With a particular passion for health promotion, Sarah is working actively with several of MonashLink’s support groups, such as cancer support and the motorised scooter support. Other community initiatives include implementing health programmes in the Ashwood/Chadstone neighbourhood renewal area.
