First Bites is a group led by a dietician to assist those who wish to improve their diet and eating habits.
This two hour session helps you decide what areas of your diet you may need or like to change and how to make small changes to achieve your goals.Comprehensive notes are provided and ongoing support is offered after this initial session.
This group is recommended for those who have weight problems diabetes high cholesterol or those who just want to learn how to eat healthier
