MonashLink Dieticians provide information and support to people of all ages, to help them eat a healthy diet despite the challenges of illness or need for a special diet.

During a consultation the dietitian will
• assess your diet
• provide information, to yourself, carers or family
• help you develop a meal plan and goals

Dieticians can assist with the following problems:

• Weight issues
• Cholesterol
• Food intolerance or allergy
• Constipation
• Vegetarianism
• Body image
• Cancer
• General nutrition and healthy eating

MonashLink First Bites Group

First Bites is a group led by a dietician to assist those who wish to improve their diet and eating habits.

This two hour session helps you decide what areas of your diet you may need or like to change and how to make small changes to achieve your goals.Comprehensive notes are provided and ongoing support is offered after this initial session.

This group is recommended for those who have weight problems diabetes high cholesterol or those who just want to learn how to eat healthier
